...We need a viable argument with the US Federal Government which can clarify the existence of the human soul.  This technology can do that.  In order to do that we have to expose a part of this technology that has been misused and abused.  We can also do something to actually preserve this technology through the process of exposing the detrimental use of it.  The applications are the problem.  It is not SCIO.  SCIO is a stand-alone program all by itself.  It is the other programs which are being run on SCIO that are destructive and harmful. These programs are associated with MK Ultra technology.  These applications are being used on "SCIO" and are being transmitted over the internet.

In any case, it is essential to attempt to clarify the viability of the existence of the human soul.  This could mean a type of preliminary record that is established in order to petition for the actual proof to be reviewed and investigated.

There is a reason for this.  The soul has always been associated with spirituality, religion and "God".  If we know that the soul actually exists then we know that God exists.  This may sound like a simple concept but it is something that has kept theologians and scholars in a perpetual tail spin.  Now we have proof. 

Satanists are Nazis.  Scientologists are Satanists.  It's all the same.  Mormons are latter day "Cannonites" - which are people who were once known as "Ashkanazi Jews".  The Ashkanazi Jews are the people who deviated from the tribes of Israel when Ramses the II released the Israelites from bondage.  These are the people who never wanted to participate in the "blood of the lamb" on the door step.  They were in bondage along with the other Israelites but never participated in the worshipping of the one "true" God.

Mormons are the descendants of these people.  There is a specific blood line associated with all of this as well.

Genome research or Genetic Science has revealed that the DNA contains information which has been passed down through the blood line of our parents and grand parents.  This information is a treasure chest for the film and music industry.  They now know how to rape this information that is found in the human DNA and take a cellular photograph of it. 

This information is acquired through "replication technology" from scalar wave.  This technology has been used for decades by the film and music industry.  It is now being run on "SCIO". 

The talent which has been taken from another person's DNA can be "tethered" to a performer's brain.  The person's brain who originally has the talent becomes paralyzed.  The film and music industry does not care about what they are doing to the public.  They just want the talent to be used by members of their family and organization.

Now... back to the soul!  The talent which is derived from the DNA of the "host" is driven by a very special component... the human SOUL!  It does not work if the brain of the "host" is dead.  It does not work if the "host" is dead.  It will not work if the "host" is a ZOMBIE!  - The "replication program" is DRIVEN by SOUL!  If you don't have a soul, the program will not work.  If the "host" is DEAD... the program does not work!
